Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective October 15, 2026.

CMG Tutoring is operated by Julio Cesar Gallardo, a Texas sole proprietor doing business as CMG Tutoring.

Contact info@cmgtutoring.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your confirmed booking will state the session date, time zone, duration, rate, payment deadline, and any cancellation terms before you commit to payment.

Free consultations. There is no consultation fee. Please cancel or reschedule if you cannot attend so the time can be offered to someone else.

24-hour notice. Please cancel or request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. With that notice, you may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. If you prepaid for a canceled, undelivered session, you may request a refund rather than a replacement session.

Late cancellations and missed sessions. These are handled case by case. There is no automatic late-cancellation or no-show fee. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the circumstances and a fair resolution. No undisclosed charge will be added after booking.

If the tutor cancels. You may choose a replacement session or a refund for the undelivered prepaid session.

Technical interruptions. If a session cannot reasonably proceed because of a technical problem, we will discuss rescheduling the affected time or an appropriate refund for undelivered service.

Refund requests. Email the booking details and your concern. We will review the request against the agreed booking terms and applicable law. Approved refunds will normally return through the original payment method where supported; processing time depends on the provider. We do not guarantee a grade or result.
