Academic Integrity Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

CMG Tutoring is operated by Julio Cesar Gallardo, a Texas sole proprietor doing business as CMG Tutoring.

Tutoring helps you understand and produce your own work. You must follow the rules of your course, school, employer, examination provider, or competition.

Support we provide

We explain concepts, work through practice examples, develop study plans, prepare for exams, provide permitted feedback, guide debugging, and discuss your reasoning. You should be able to explain the work you submit.

Requests we cannot accept

We do not take exams or quizzes for you, impersonate you, access your school account, supply answers during restricted assessments, complete assessed work for you to submit as your own, fabricate data or sources, or bypass restrictions on collaboration, outside help, or AI tools.

Before your session

Explain whether your work is assessed and share the relevant assistance rules. If permission is unclear, we may use a separate practice example or ask you to clarify the rules with your instructor. Do not share restricted assessment materials, passwords, or another person's private information.

AI and coding tools

Any use must follow your course rules and disclosure requirements. You remain responsible for understanding and checking the result.

If a request conflicts with this policy

We may decline the task or stop the assistance. Payment treatment follows the terms agreed before booking and applicable law; this policy does not introduce an automatic fee or forfeiture.
