Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026.
CMG Tutoring is operated by Julio Cesar Gallardo d/b/a CMG Tutoring. These terms describe our tutoring and consultation services. Contact info@cmgtutoring.com with questions before booking.
Services. We provide individual tutoring, learning support, and separately agreed technical consulting. We confirm the subject, session format, duration, rate, any travel costs, and payment arrangements before a paid session is booked. A website inquiry is a request for contact and does not reserve a session. A free consultation is an introductory discussion, with its length confirmed in the booking details.
Scheduling and locations. Sessions require mutual confirmation. Online sessions require a suitable internet connection and agreed meeting software. In-person sessions take place at agreed public locations, such as libraries or cafes; we do not publish or offer the tutor's home as a meeting location. Venue permission and availability may affect arrangements.
Students and parents. A parent or guardian must arrange and authorize services for a minor. Students should bring relevant course materials and explain any instructor restrictions. Do not share school logins or materials you are not permitted to share.
Learning outcomes. Tutoring supports understanding and independent work. Particular grades, exam results, admission, employment, or other outcomes are not guaranteed. Students remain responsible for their own submissions and compliance with their school or organization's rules.
Academic integrity. Our Academic Integrity Policy applies to all sessions. We may decline or stop requests that involve cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or other misuse. Payment treatment for an interrupted session must follow the agreed policy and applicable law.
Payment and cancellation. Rates and accepted payment methods are confirmed before booking. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains changes, missed sessions, and refunds. Do not send funds to an unverified account or send card details through the inquiry form.
Materials and recordings. Students retain rights in their own work. Third-party course materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not record sessions or redistribute another person's materials without appropriate permission.
Changes. Material changes to a confirmed booking or its terms require agreement. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not silently change existing bookings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
